WELCOME TO WELLNESS
November News & Updates

November is time of coming together with family, friends and to give back to community. Here at the Center we are doing a few things to make our family(thats you) happier. We have been told our classes felt like they were to crowded. That was never our intention! When we opened we measured out the room and decided to capped our classes at 16-18 depending on the class so that you would never be mat to mat.

But for many of you it just felt too crowded. From now on all classes will be capped at 15. This will give you ample amount of space to stretch your bodies and not have to worry about getting a foot or a finger in your face!
This also allows us to give you more hands on adjustments and attention to help your practice evolve safety and keep you injury free.

Just remember that you have to preregister for classes to guarantee your spot. You can sign up thru the website, on the MindBody app or
just give us a call at 374-8693.

We also have many transformative workshops coming your way.
A local Physical therapist Holly C, is joining us for a class on spinal health.
25 year yoga veteran Anthony B. is coming back teach yoga and beyond and Stephen W, is bringing us Pranayama focused classes.

Lastly we are hosting our first fundraiser for our
Non- Profit White Wolf Wellness Foundation. Its a special evening with a charitable focus. We hope to see you there!

Thank you all for your continued support!
If you love what we do, tell a friend or write a review!

NOVEMBER WORKSHOPS

Falling Workshop
with Anthony Benenati
Sat, Nov. 3, 1-3PM
If you want to balance in your inversions you have to break your attachment to the wall. That means dealing with the fear of falling. In this workshop Anthony will share his technique, experience and expertise of falling and overcoming fear. This workshop will take your inversion practice to the next level. You don't have to have an inversion practice to join.
Sthira/Sukham
with Anthony Benenati
Sun, Nov 4th from 1-3PM
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a book for guidance in a yoga practice. The author (some say authors) were not concerned with the physical body’s health and wellness. The very opposite in fact. Their only purpose of practice was jivanmukti or “liberated soul”. To transcend the physical plane was the goal and therefore no time was spent on making the body stronger or more flexible. Sutra 2:46 Sthira sukham asanam means the 'seat is both steady and easeful”. We will explore this concept through asana and discussion.
Each workshop is $40.
Register for Both to receive $5 off!
FALL WORKSHOPS BY STEPHEN WINTERS
Prana-What?! Yama-Who?!
Breathwork Series
Workshop for All Levels
Wednesday Nights 6-7PM
November 7, 14, 21
It's fun to say but hard to describe; Pranayama can be a HUGE game changer! Obviously anyone reading this knows the basics of breathing, but how often do we give focused attention to our breath? Yogis have developed a series of practices exercising control of the breath to improve energy levels, focus the mind, restore health and vitality… and overall they make you feel AMAAAAZIIIING!!!!! In this series you will:

* Learn the breakdown of the mechanics of the breath
* Learn exercises you can do at home/school/work/ to control your energy levels
* Leave with deeper connection to this most sacred act of life giving energy.

We can go weeks without food, days without water, but mere minutes without our breath… join Stephen and show your breath that you care.
Attending the entire Pranayama series is not required but encouraged. Space is limited.

STAFF HIGHLIGHT: AMY BREED!
"I first started yoga to try and alleviate some of the anxiety issues I have struggled with for most of my life. I was drawn to the slower, more mindful approach to movement. Restorative classes were a welcome refuge from my busy mind. The first big gift yoga gave me was a connection to my breath that I could access any time. Over time I began to feel that my practice was less about a prescribed series of movements and more about taking time to connect consciously with the physical self. This practice teaches me how to slow down and listen to the messages my muscles and bones and joints are telling me."
