IT'S TIME
TO CELEBRATE!

“This is a wonderful day. I have never seen this one before."
– Maya Angelou
It's December and time to celebrate! We've made it through 2022 and all the challenges! Now we have the opportunity to begin fresh in 2023! This is the perfect time of year to do this as we are entering the Winter Solstice and the holiday season.

December 21st is the shortest day of the year, and is a time of new beginnings, rebirth, transformation, getting rid of unwanted habits, and creativity. So bring out a journal or piece of paper and have some fun by answering these questions:

  • What am I grateful for? (Gratitude will raise your vibration and open up your creativity!)
  • What have I accomplished that I'm excited about?
  • What have I learned?
  • What do I want to release?
  • What would I like more of in 2023?
  • What is the one thing I'm afraid of, but I know if I do it, it will change my life forever?
SHOULD IT STAY OR SHOULD IT GO?
By Tracy McCubbin, SWT Guest

Armed with a label maker and ready to organize, many people find the volume of stuff makes it almost impossible. As the nation’s top decluttering expert, people ask me all the time, “What’s the easiest way to organize?” “Simple,” I say. “Have less stuff.”

But letting go of clutter is difficult. We have actual emotional blocks that keep us from letting go of our clutter. Seven of them to be exact.

Nutrition scientists and researchers have also tried to unravel the mystery of weight gain and loss and its impact on our overall health. It feels like every other day there is a new headline that contradicts the one put out a few months prior…What gives? Who are we supposed to believe?
