EMBRACE YOUR
PERSONAL POWER!
You empower others by empowering yourself!

March 8 is International Women's Day. How will you be celebrating this occasion? Is there a woman you can reach out to who may need some inspiration or guidance?

When I first started Smart Women's Empowerment, my dream was to create an army of smart, successful women who would each reach out to just one other woman in need and say, "Here, take my hand and I'll show you the way."  I invite you to Pay it Forward by bringing the women in your life to our free community!

Come learn, grow, and celebrate women's empowerment with us!
TAKE OUT YOUR LASSOS - IT'S TIME FOR WONDER WOMAN LEADERSHIP
By Juana Bordas, SWTR Guest

Wonder Woman was popularized by DC comics in the 1940s during WWII. She was a woman warrior with power and strength encouraging women to work and support the war effort. Wonder Woman was one of the first icons depicting women as leaders who fought for what was right and just. Wonder Woman was revitalized 40 years ago for a new generation in the exciting 1975 TV series.
WHAT'S SELF
GOT TO DO
WITH IT?
By Alba Contreras Rodriguez, SWTR Guest

SELF is the critical success factor of my work as an executive coach and operations consultant. Most clients strive for goals that have to do with elements external to them. Once the layers start being peeled off, through more in-depth reflection and increased self-awareness, the focus on  SELF becomes the foundation for being able to achieve goals and highest potential.
