Get to Know Our New Web and Mobile App

We are launching SmartHub on September 8. SmartHub is our new web and mobile app that allows you to manage your account online more easily.

Beginning September 8, you can download the app onto your mobile device, or sign in on a computer.

If you currently pay automatically by a debit or credit card or are enrolled in Paperless Billing, you will need to re-enroll for that to continue.

Learn how to register for SmartHub at crpud.net/smarthub.

Your Bill has a New Look this Month

You may notice that your bill has a new look to it this month. A physical copy will be sent to all customers this month, even those previously enrolled in Paperless Billing.

Along with the bill that is mailed to you, you should receive an insert titled Understanding Your New CRPUD Electric Bill.

All customers will receive a bill because we upgraded our billing system. Unfortunately, we were not able to convert Paperless Billing customers. If you would like to re-enroll in Paperless Billing, please sign up for SmartHub. Once you log in, you will be prompted to enroll in Paperless Billing.

You may also enroll in Paperless Billing by logging in and then:

  • Click on My Profile
  • Click on Update My Paperless Settings
  • Select 'On' or 'Off' for Paperless Billing

September is National Preparedness Month

Please plan ahead for disasters and power outages. September is National Preparedness Month, which makes it the perfect time to create an emergency plan for you and your family.

Celebrate Public Power Week

Public Power Week is October 4-10. This is an annual celebration of the safe, reliable, and affordable electric service that we provide to our customers.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's Public Power Week festivities will be limited.

Instead of our traditional sit-down Customer Appreciation Dinner, we will be handing out plates of spaghetti to customers in their cars.

This drive-through dinner will be on Tuesday, October 6, at the Columbia County Fairgrounds.

To receive a plate, you will need a ticket. Tickets will be mailed to customers who request one. A limited number of tickets are available and there is a limit of six tickets per customer. Please call (503) 397-0590, send us an email, or complete our online form by September 24 to request a ticket.
