2022 Recap

Last year was powerful for most Realtors and it certainly was for Snap2Close. We captured more than 363,000 photos in 2022 and that is certainly a record for us.  

Last year’s statistics show that our videos were watched 41,400 times and that the average length of view was 1 minute and 31 seconds per video. That is an amazing number and we are thrilled to be the leading real estate video creator in the valley.

Even though the Pandemic has mostly passed, we still set records with the creation of more than 702 3D Tours. I know that Matterport and Zillow were thrilled with our record setting productions.

Closing our 2022 statistics is that we created over 950 custom CubiCasa floor plans. While I don’t have an exact number, it would be fairly safe to say that we scanned way over 5,000 walls to get you accurate and thorough measurements.

There is little doubt that our photographers had a busy and very productive year serving you and your clients’ needs. Thank you for trusting us.

New Software Coming for you!!

As many of you know, I have been mentioning a new software service that we will be launching next week. We believe that this is going to be very beneficial for you and your business. So let me give you a quick summary overview.

Ordering

The new ordering system will be much easier to understand and follow. Clients can quickly access Real Estate Photography, Vacation Rental Photography and Commercial Photography and specifically order shoots that are perfect for you.

You will also be able to order from within our website and no longer have to jump to our client center. This should speed up the ordering process for you and allow you to quickly order what you need without having to scan through a long list of optional services.

Mobile App

Snap2Close will also have its own mobile phone apps on both the AppStore and Google Play Store. This app will allow you to quickly order your photoshoots while you are in your client’s home. Plus, you will be able to add and delete additional services, change the photoshoot dates and download your media without being tied to your computer. We are really excited about this. Of course, your tablet and PC will work as well, but we just wanted to give you more flexibility.

Quicker Notification and Access to Your Media

Faster notification and download access to your visual media will be a key ingredient. You will be able to download your media plus any additional material or PDF files or other material we create for you. 

Beautifully Customized Marketing Materials

This new feature is amazing. Now you can match colors, fonts and other amazing features to match your brokerages’ marketing preferences. This simple change automatically spreads to your new marketing tools.
