Summer 2022 Newsletter

Happy Summer Snap2Close Clients,

As always, things are moving very quickly here at Snap2Close. Since our last email we have now grown our staff to eleven photographers. I won't bore you with all of their names, but I will introduce you to Susan Holt in this email and chat about Jordan Kuznia and our new Quality Assurance Team. I will introduce the other photographers in future newsletters.

First, I want to share some exciting news from Zillow and how Snap2Close has been a significant beta tester on their new 3D Tour with an inclusive Interactive Floor Plan.

Historically, Snap2Close has provided more Zillow 3D Tours in Arizona than any other real estate photography service. Our great working relationship led them to contact us about beta testing their totally new 3D Tour with an interactive floor plan. Being a leader in new technologies and media techniques, we jumped on the opportunity.

Personally, I think this is the best innovation for real estate visual media that I have seen over the last couple of years. The images are vastly improved over their last version and the visual impact is impressive. This tour is included in our Gold Package and Platinum Packages.

Meet Susan Holt - Our Newest Photographer

Susan Holt started her career as a Real Estate agent in her hometown Destin, Florida, selling multi-million beachfront homes. After moving to California, and 9+ years selling homes, Susan opted for a different career path, photographing landscapes all over the country.

She has been recognized as one of the top female photographers in her field. Her images have been published in various magazines, including The Backpacker.

Susan eventually found her way back to real estate, but from behind the camera. She has been shooting real estate since 2017. Snap2Close is proud to have her on our team.

Quality Assurance Team

Our rapid growth has led us to creating a Quality Assurance Team to help ensure that your visual media meets our standards of integrity and honesty in our visual media.

The team’s leader is Jordan Kuznia and I am personally thrilled to have him. Jordan joined Snap2Close three weeks ago, is Certified in Film and Video Production, and is a proud Eagle Scout. He brings a wealth of knowledge with Photoshop, Lightroom and video editing. Jordan is an extremely valuable asset to our team.

Next month we will introduce you to two other new photographers and discuss our new back office software.
