Snap2Close’s business really blossomed in 2022 with sales that nearly doubled over the previous year.  While most of our growth has been with our real estate clients, we have also been blessed by a substantial number of vacation rental management companies and individuals marketing their homes on AirBnb and VRBO.

Christmas Videos

Zillow Ends Walkthrough Video Additions

For the last several years, Zillow allowed their certified photographers to upload branded videos to their website. Sadly that practice has now ended. You can still add your unbranded walkthrough video via your unbranded property website by using that link as your Virtual Tour Link on ARMLS.
