Summer 2022 Newsletter

Happy September Snap2Close Clients,

Hold on to your seats, the world of real estate is about to change!

In this newsletter we will talk about Kaitlin Kent, our new Director of Marketing, introduce our beautiful, new 16-page brochure, highlight a revolutionary, new, LiDAR-based 3D camera, and introduce you to another member of our staff.

TESLA and Snap2Close Have Two Things in Common

I am amazed that Elon Musk could build the wealthiest car company in the world without spending one dollar on advertising or marketing. His innovative products and word-of-mouth referrals must do it all for him.

The same is true for Snap2Close. We do not advertise and have never created a marketing campaign. Yet, our growth continues substantially because of our quality products, innovation, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Our geographic coverage area and market size are only about 0.0000001% smaller than TESLA’s. Still, we are proud of our growth and amazed at our annual growth ratio so closely matches Tesla's.

In fact, we at Snap2Close think it is time to spread our good news through the distribution of our new and amazing 16-page brochure, and by offering a variety of educational seminars to your brokerage offices.

As our new Director of Marketing, Kaitlin Kent will be leading the program. Many of you already know Kaitlin as one of our outstanding photographers. Now she will put some of her educational background to work for you. She has her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia in Photojournalism.

While this campaign launches on October 3rd, if you would like Kaitlin to drop some brochures at your office, I invite you to contact her via Kaitlin@Snap2Close.com. Plus, we would be grateful if you could let her know who in your office she should contact to schedule a presentation at one of your monthly meetings or a seminar for your brokerage agents.

Watch Out Mega—Our New 3D LiDAR Camera Leaps Ahead

Facebook is transitioning itself into the new mega world of virtual reality. The question for the real estate industry is: how does this affect you?

For the first time in history, Snap2Close will be offering a true, three-dimensional tour of an entire property.

Unlike our Standard and Architectural Matterport tours of the interior of a home, our new LiDAR-Based 3D Camera provides us the tool to create a virtual tour of the entire property.

A homebuyer will be able to literally walk the entire property virtually, from the curbside, down the driveway, through the side yard and backyard, and into the house. They won’t be able to jump into the swimming pool, but they can see the pool up close and imagine it! Snap2Close is excited to offer you this incredible service!!

If you want to learn how we will accomplish this amazing feat then please read on.

This new Matterport Pro 3 Camera uses a detection system which works on the principle of radar, but uses pulsed light from an internal laser to measure distance. The term LiDAR comes from Light Detection and Ranging. And WOW, is this camera amazing! It can accurately measure objects up to 100 meters (328 feet) away and do so in any kind of light. So how accurate is it? How about .07 inches at 32 feet, which is about 99.98% accurate.

This is amazing stuff and you have the right to be very excited. I know we are! I will report back to you on this in our next newsletter and offer you tours to experience for yourself.

Meet Our Amherst Photographer—Pablo Robles

Snap2Close is blessed to have our own Amherst graduate on our staff of great photographers. Amherst College is ranked #2 in National Liberal Arts Colleges by US News & World Report, and Pablo’s degree is a B.A. in Photojournalism in the Digital Age. His photographs have appeared regularly in several newspapers and magazines all over the U.S.

The same passion that drew Pablo into photojournalism has helped him to succeed as a real estate photographer at Snap2Close. He is also getting ready to take his FAA Part 107 pilot’s license and we will be proud to see Pablo join our drone team as well.

On a more personal note, Pablo is a family man with a wonderful family and five children. He is also a soccer enthusiast and enjoys coaching. His spirit and energy are gifts to our customers and our team. Welcome, Pablo!

The Wrap Up

That wraps up this month’s newsletter. Next month we will review the work of the LiDAR 3D camera and discuss our new back office software which you will use to order photoshoots, download your media and access property websites.

In the meantime, be sure to reach out to Kaitlin about receiving copies of our new 16-page brochure and introducing her to your brokerage’s meeting manager. I know she will appreciate it.
