Snap2Close Continues to Support Our Clients!!!!

Over the last year, we have noticed that virtually all of our comparable competition have significantly raised their prices. This surprised us as we have recognized how the high interest rates and housing prices have impacted your business. Now should be the time that companies like ours, strive to help you during this tough market.

Not only has Snap2Close not raised its prices, but we are now providing you free floor plans because of their popularity with homebuyers. Plus, starting last month through the summer, we are providing you an option to upgrade your floor plans at a price below our actual cost.

Free Conversion of Daylight Photos to Twilight Images

Starting today, to further help you, Snap2Close is now offering A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) virtual services.  While we recognize the AI virtual service is not quite ready to replace professional technicians or artists, they do provide an amazing opportunity to help save you money.  

This begins with a free daytime to sunset/twilight conversion of the main exterior photo of the front of the listing’s home.

While this is not the exact same quality of professional Photoshop work, the AI daytime to twilight conversion is very decent.  

While our AI conversion of the front photo is for free, Snap2Close will also offer AI Conversion of other photos for only $5 each.

ASnap2Close will continue to offer professional Photoshop conversions starting at $20 for the 1st photo, but we simply want to offer you the lower cost AI conversion as a way to help our clients who have tight budgets.

AI Virtual Item/ Furniture Removal and Virtual Staging

Starting today, Snap2Close is now offering very low cost A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) item removal from our photos and the addition of AI virtual staging service. While you will still be able to use Arange.Studio (our recommended virtual stagger), our service is designed to help many of you who are budget constrained.

I would first like to chat about items/furniture removal.  My first example is from a home that has very busy children and a bedroom with painted concrete floors.

It took several attempts, but we were able to remove all of the furniture and toys and somewhat match the painted concrete floors.  However, the AI system did not remove the curtains or the small toys on the window sill.  The bottom line here is that the AI conversion photo did an amazing job of making the room more appealing by simply removing the items.

Below is a basement recreation room where we used AI to remove the furniture and games.

As you can easily see, the AI furniture removal tools do a fairly good job.  Now let’s look at these same two rooms staged.

To the average homebuyer the AI conversion is an amazing tool and an option that you should consider when needed.

While we invite you to explore the many AI virtual tour services available to you, Snap2Close will also offer this service to you at the very low cost of $5 per photo.

This process begins with our staff selecting one photo from the living room, family room, dining room and bedrooms, and then virtually staging those rooms using Modern, Contemporary, Scandinavian, Industrial, Farmhouse, Hampton or Traditional furnishing, and adding the ARMLS virtual staging watermark. The virtual staged photo will be placed next to the original photo so that viewers can view both rooms.

Snap2Close editors have been providing you quality image edits for the last 8 years. However, there are times when you, as a client, may want some higher quality editing which can be very time consuming. Rather than raising our prices to achieve this higher quality, we will soon be offering you Premium Editing Options for only 79 cents per image. We will fulfill this service by contracting the work to an outside firm.

We will talk more about this service in our next newsletter and show you some samples.

Luke Skywalker Durnwald - “May the Force be with you”

Last month we introduced Luke with a photo of him and his family. Luke has now finished his summer vacation trip and is ready to take on the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley world of real estate photography. 

Let me close out by reminding you of how the summer heat can really affect our camera and drone equipment. If you have a large outdoor space or need drone work then please schedule those shoots in the morning.
