The Power of Floor Plans and a NEW Interactive Floor Plan Video

Homebuyer studies are revealing that 93% of buyers will spend more time looking at a property listing if there is a floor plan. As a matter of fact, 68% of buyers believe that floor plans are more important than staging, virtual tours or open houses. Another study reveals that listings with floor plans spend 50% less time on the market.

These statistics provide valuable information for listing agents, as floor plans increase the likelihood of attracting more home buyers and decreasing the time on the market. This is why Snap2Close provides a free floor plan on all of our photoshoots and an Interactive Floor Plan on our Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages.

As a company, we are always looking for innovative ways to help listing agents to be more successful, so we have devised a new Video Virtual Tour Slideshow which incorporates your professional photos with the power of floor plans. The Video Virtual Tour is designed to enhance user experience like never before.

While our Interactive Floor Plans and 3D Tours require human interactions between the computer screen and the viewer, our new Video Virtual Tour Slideshow is passive and observed by clicking the video’s play button. As the viewer watches the video, the homebuyer is guided throughout the home via a floor plan spotlight tool that dynamically matches your professional photos with that room.

Starting this week, Snap2Close will provide this new Video Virtual Tour Slideshow on our Platinum Package in place of the Architectural 3D Rendered Video which is virtually staged. If your listing is vacant then you can always request the virtually staged rendered video in its place.

New Concierge Service - Coming Soon

Over the last six years, we have been asked to provide some level of Concierge Service to our agents’ clients. We experimented with this via a contracted occupied-staging specialist, but the cost was high and therefore the demand was limited.  

However, we are blessed that we also have Sharon Bronaugh on our staff. While she is a great photographer, her real gift is in decorating and rearranging rooms so that they look more enticing to the camera lens. This month, we will be defining the details of this service so stay tuned for further information.

Snap2Close University / Tutorials

That is what some of our Snap2Close staff call our extensive new set of video tutorials. In some way, they are correct as it includes over 60 video tutorials ranging from 1 to 5 minutes in length. However, the reality is that these tutorials are designed to give you as much in depth information about how to:
