"Our restoration services save our customers both time and money by offering an alternative to replacing their damaged couches and chairs, car and marine components, commercial furniture and more.

Our on-site services also make it more convenient and faster in getting their items back into great looking and working shape again. As an added benefit, we help prevent thousands of items from ending up in landfills each year which helps preserve Mother Nature and reduce our carbon footprint."

Partners In Learning

Last Chance To Register Or Donate For A Lasting Impact On Education!

Registration will close on Aug 24th.

The Chamber is thrilled to invite you to be a part of a meaningful initiative that raises funds to help offset the costs of financial literacy curriculum for students – the Partners in Learning event, proudly sponsored by Peninsula Light Company.

Empowering Success Through Education

The Partners in Learning event is more than just a gathering – it's a platform for businesses like yours to shape the future by supporting the Peninsula School District. Our goal is to equip young minds with the essential tools they need to thrive in their journeys ahead. As the largest employer in the city, the school district plays a vital role in our community's growth and prosperity. By becoming a sponsor, you can contribute to the betterment of education and the overall development of our next generation.

Unveiling Opportunities: Sponsorships Available

This year's Partners in Learning event promises exciting opportunities for local businesses to shine. We're offering a limited number of sponsorship spaces where you can showcase your products and services. Imagine the potential as you connect with the entire staff from your local school district – a unique chance to network, collaborate, and foster relationships that can benefit both your business and the community at large. This event is your chance to make a lasting impression and gain visibility among influential educators and local leaders.

A Step Towards Financial Literacy

One of the primary objectives of this event is to raise funds for the Peninsula School District's financial literacy program. By supporting Partners in Learning, you directly contribute to enhancing the education of our youth in an area that has far-reaching impacts on their lives. This program equips students with invaluable knowledge about managing their finances, setting them on a path towards financial responsibility and success.

Act Now: Sponsor Spaces Limited

Given the exclusive nature of our sponsorship opportunities, we encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible. Your participation not only supports the growth of young minds but also aligns your business with a cause that resonates with our community's values. NEW this year, vendors will set up on the PHS Track with your tent, table, etc. and you will be able to watch the entire Pep Rally in the stadium of Roy Anderson Field. The district would love to see business partners fill a good portion of the track while we celebrate staff on their back to school day.

Join us in making a positive mark on education – together, we can inspire, empower, and shape the future through Partners in Learning.

Questions about sponsorship registration? Please contact Matt Mesazros or Randi Ganong. You can also reach our office at (253) 851-6865

Let's embark on this journey of impact and transformation together!

B&O Tax Credit Incentive Opportunity Ends Soon

Q: What is the B&O Tax Credit Incentive Program?

A: As a WA State business owner the B&O Tax Credit Incentive Program allows you to direct your tax dollars directly into the community. It's the only program like it in the United States. Any business in Washington State can pledge to make a donation to the Downtown Waterfront Alliance (or any accredited Main Street organization in WA State) through the program and receive a 75% tax credit on next year’s B&O Tax. The remaining 25% is a tax write off for your business.

Q: How does it work?

A: As a business owner you (or your accountant) fills out the application and makes a pledge in the amount of your choice, then mail a check to the Alliance. Once payment is received the Alliance will work with the DOR to ensure the credit is added to your B&O account in Jan of the following year. For more details click here.
