"What did you receive most from the program?"
"Confirmation, encouragement, possible amends with my victim, and more empathy for my fellow offenders. Realizing that I hurt many more people than only my victim. I hurt their family and friends, and my own family, too."
"I am more aware of other's feelings and have empathy for others. I learned to treat others with kindness, patience, and love my neighbor as myself."
"A strong sense of self after sharing my story and no longer feeling like I am nothing more than my crime. It empowers the offender to confront and face the demons that dwell and grow within these walls, and gives them hope that they can be something better."
"Learned how to take my pain with laughter and talk about my past more openly, knowing it is all behind and a brighter future lies ahead."
