Dove season is year-round, and Dorado season occurs from April to May and August to November.

Wild Quail • Whitewing Doves

We’re in the heart of prime hunting country — home to abundant whitewing doves and ranked among the top five counties in Texas for wild bobwhite quail over bird dog pointers. With thousands of meticulously managed acres dedicated to quail habitat, every hunt promises both challenge and reward.

Quail season runs from November to February. Dove season is September 14 to October 26, 2025, and December 12, 2025 to January 22, 2026.

"It is going to be an amazing quail season. I am in constant contact with our outfitters near Lubbock and McAllen and they said that conditions are great with lots of water and insects for the birds. You can expect to see the best hunting between mid-November and February."

This private estate has some of the largest Red Stag in Argentina. Owned by a pioneering Mendoza native, for over 20 years, your hosts have been breeding and managing trophy herds bred with some of the best bloodlines from Europe and New Zealand.

The best time for stag is March and April. The season runs until August.
