A big part of the VIVA! lifestyle is helping residents pursue their passions, so the Victory Centre of Joliet team is happy that resident Richard is enthusiastically dedicated to growing their Victory Garden. Avid gardener Richard faithfully tends to the watering and weeding while patiently waiting for picking!
Alexian Villageresidents Jack and Joan take the cake when it comes to being a sweet and loving married couple. Congratulations, and we wish you more happy and healthy years together.
Welcome Animal Friends
Victory Centre of Bartlett resident Virginia enjoys some playtime with her friend and neighbor’s dog, Fritz. Being a pet-friendly community means that residents’ furry and feathered friends are welcome to join them here, so they can continue enjoying the physical and mental health benefits that accompany pet ownership.
Thank You, Frontline Heroes
Pathway to Living's Support Center team members came together (figuratively!) to recognize and thank frontline workers for their courage, sacrifice and hard work during these challenging times.
Pathway to Living honored our Life Enrichment Aides (LEAs) during National Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA Week) for caring for residents’ health and safety while bringing joy to their lives. LEAs play an integral role in Pathway’s mission to change the way society thinks about aging and senior living.
Over 650 residents shared one word to describe the LEAs in their lives. Their kind expressions were used to create this artistic interpretation of Pathway to Living’s logo in their honor.
Helping LGBTQ Seniors
Find a Community
There are approximately 51 million people aged 65 and older in the United States, and approximately 3 million of them identify as LGBTQ. There is currently a surge of LGBTQ seniors who are looking for senior living communities where they will feel welcome and comfortable.
