Happy New Year to All

This is a great time to participate in some of the many onsite and online programs offered by your GOLD Award Winning Wellness Program!

Remember, Wellness Participants can earn an extra $100 or $200 in their final December 2020 paycheck by attending 85% of classes in any of our onsite series or by hitting the 300 point mark in our upcoming "Coast to Coast" physical fitness program. Start the new year right with improved healthy habits and stronger work relationships.

Up your Financial IQ this Winter

In A User's Guide to Functional Nutrition, participants will learn leading edge, evidence based approaches to updating and improving their diet. Each week we will dig deeper into integrating food as medicine. Weekly topics are available on the Wellness Website.

Right now we offer ONE on campus meeting, Thursdays at Noon in the Thwing Center. Please let Mary Ann know if you might want to attend on campus meetings at a different location, like One to One Fitness, in the future.

Use Those Screening Results
By now, everyone who completed a Biometric Screening onsite or at a Service Center in the fall of 2019 should have their results booklet from Quest. Within the booklet, there is a page which can be cut out and brought to your next annual check up. Sharing these results may save you time, money and another needle stick!

If you do not have a primary care provider, now is a great time to find one! Research shows that people who have identified a primary care provider (PCP) have more positive health care experiences. And having a PCP allows your full health history to be better managed and understood, leading to better heath care outcomes. Not sure how to select a PCP? Here is a helpful article from The Healthy website.
