New Building UPDATE!

A New View of the Commons

We are getting closer to our move to 80 Bloomfield, our new home! As progress on the building renovations continues, we are spotlighting different parts of the new library for you to get excited about!

Above, the Commons, where you can browse the adult stacks. This is a view from the back of the building, looking forward to the Children's Corner at the right and, further ahead, the double doors to the Community Hall, where programs will take place.

The rendering below is a reverse view of the Commons, looking to the back of the building. You can see the plans for the shelves of books and seating, with room to explore. And, this winter, you'll be able to browse in person!

Stay tuned and we will continue to keep you updated on building developments and, of course, important dates and temporary changes to services as we get even closer to our move.
