NEWS FROM THE FRIENDS
Material Donation Event
Start boxing and bagging your donations now – our next material donation event is Saturday, March 19 from 10am to 12pm behind the Downtown Library. Please bring your gently used books (especially children’s books) in bags and boxes which you will leave with us.

Shop the Bookstore/Book Kiosk
While you are visiting the Downtown Library to attend a storytime, event or Makerspace program, stop by our bookstore to do a bit of shopping. This week, we stocked one cart filled with lovely, gift quality items and another filled with spring books (Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, gardening, home projects). With the topic of banning books in the news, we have added a shelf of banned books and authors. Our book kiosk at the Redwood Shores library has been refreshed as well.
