Fall Quarter remainder funds for
direct deposit
will be available beginning Tuesday, September 24, 2019. If your student did not sign up for direct deposit, remainder checks will be mailed beginning Tuesday, September 24.
To make sure your student's financial aid is available in time to pay fees, your student should:
- Regularly check the TritonLink Financial Aid Required Documents and Tasks to view and/or complete requested items or actions.
- Frequently review UC San Diego e-mail account for messages from the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office.
- For accepted loans, make sure all required paperwork and the TritonLink loan counseling session are complete. Questions regarding University Loan or Quon Loan required paperwork should be directed to Heartland ECSI at (888) 549-3274.
- See enrollment and additional eligibility requirements to ensure your student is eligible to receive the aid.
- Student's UC San Diego account will be credited once your student has enrolled in Fall quarter classes. Wait-listed classes do NOT count as enrolled units.
- Review the Fall quarter billing statement to make sure financial aid is calculated into the current online balance on TritonLink.
- Billing Statement Tip: Access the Current Account Activity on TritonLink bill for up-to-date account activity.

STUDENT FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS
|
|
Student Financial Solutions (SFS) manages your student’s billing account. SFS sends an E-Bill (electronic bill) notice to the student’s UC San Diego-issued email address when the bill is ready to be viewed and paid. Families can also receive monthly E-Bill notices, if they are added as Authorized Payers. Learn more information on how your student can add you as an

Triton Registration Installment Plan (TRIP) divides mandatory tuition and registration fees into three monthly payments per quarter to make three payments per quarter. Either the student or parent can enroll on
TritonLink
or the
Authorized Payer portal
, respectively. Enrollment options include quarter only, the academic year, or all future quarters. There is a $40 non-refundable enrollment fee that is charged each quarter that TRIP is used. Learn more

STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES (SHS)
- Undergraduate Students: $680 per quarter
- Graduate/Prof. Students: $1,300 per quarter
Premiums are charged for Fall, Winter and Spring quarters with Spring quarter providing coverage up to the beginning of the following Fall quarter.
Electronic insurance cards are available through the mobile app. Students can download the

During academic quarters, Student Health Services is open 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. with extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays until 6 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. - 12 noon.
