Summer break is looming, and you still don't know what the kids will be doing? Don't panic! Chandler Parks & Recreation has a collection of summer camps that offer everything from arts and adventures to science and sports.
Each weekly camp is jam-packed with enriching indoor and outdoor activities and special field trips. Flexible camp options include your choice of all day, half day and specific weeks. Sessions run June 5 through July 21. Choose your favorite weeks, or go all summer long with us! Check out our four camp locations for summer-themed curriculum.

May is National Water Safety Month and the perfect time to learn to swim.
Chandler
Aquatics offers Learn to Swim programs - at all six aquatic centers - teaching basic swimming skills and water safety practices for all ages.
Help your kids build the skills needed to stay safe in and around water by joining us Saturday, May 6 for Water Safety Awareness Day. Adults and kids alike can enjoy free public swim, games, water rescue and CPR demonstrations at Hamilton Aquatic Center.

Junior Lifeguarding Program introduces young swimmers ages 10-15 to
the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard. Participates learn lifeguarding techniques, leadership, responsibility, first aid and CPR/AED training in preparation for the American Red Cross Lifeguard course.

Just in time for Mother's Day, here's a sweet way to make memories together. Join Chandler's Downtown community for Community Night's in the Courtyard Thursday, May 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This free family event is treating moms to Muffins & A Movie.

We get it. Tweens don't want to hang out with the little guys all day! That's exactly why you should check out Club TRC Tween Camp at Tumbleweed Recreation Center. Created especially for kids 10-13 years, Club TRC engages older children while helping them build confidence, learn independence and make new friendships. Campers enjoy a fun-filled summer of sports and fitness activities, swimming, arts and crafts, music and special field trips. You're never too old to miss out on summer fun.

We plan to rock the runway at this year's You Look Marvelous Fashion Show! Join the Cities of Chandler and Mesa Therapeutic and Adaptive Programs on Saturday, May 6, for a rock n' roll fashion show at the Chandler Center for the Arts. From classic concert-like attire to remixed
leather, studs and faux fur
, everyone will be setting the stage for a must-see show.
