Ready to explore?

Here’s a sample itinerary, perfect for food lovers and culinary explorers.

A morning at the market

Every Saturday, the Orangeville Farmers' Market brings the community together with fresh produce, meats, baked goods, crafts, and more. It's a great way to experience the community spirit and support local vendors.

A tasteful shopping experience

Stroll around downtown Orangeville to discover gourmet treats and unique finds. Indulge in handcrafted chocolates, Portuguese pastries, and buttery shortbread. Don’t miss charming shops like Dragonfly Arts, More Than Just Baskets and Pear Home for kitchenware and gifts.

Eating options aplenty

From sunny patios to cozy corners, Orangeville’s restaurants cater to every craving. Enjoy plant-based bites at Plant.ed Cafe or gluten-free delights at Forage and The Craft Pizza Bar and Italian Kitchen.

Explore between bites

Walk off your meal with a scenic hike at Island Lake or a self-guided art or heritage tour. Time your visit for summer events like Rotary Ribfest in July or In Good Spirits and Taste of Orangeville in August for extra flavour and fun.

Venture beyond

Explore the countryside of Dufferin County for farm fresh shops or wineries and breweries that round out a perfect foodie getaway.
