Join us for a virtual banquet
“We want to show that we, as a community, are greater than the situation. We want to rise above this pandemic and we need your help."
Deborah Parker,
of Citizens National Bank, Banquet Chair
Plans for the 2021 Taylor Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet are well underway with plans for an amazing on-line event to celebrate Taylor and the people and businesses that make us great.
We hope that sponsors and other businesses will gather in small groups to watch the banquet on the night of Tuesday, January 19. We will be serving meals (delivery available for sponsors) from 5-6 p.m. at the Williamson County Expo Center with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Sponsor benefits include a link on our website, opportunities for a pre-banquet teaser filmed by your business to be shared on the Chamber's Facebook page (and yours!), an opportunity for a video about your business during the event and much more!
We hope that you will participate.

Member celebrations
Chamber Ambassadors awarded Doug Moss with 2nd and Main Lofts with the November Business of the Month Award. The historic building at the corner of Main and Second streets was on the verge of being lost to the community with Moss and his partners bought it and renovated it into a combination of living and work spaces.
Chamber Ambassadors are busy catching up on their Customer Service and Business of the Month awards. A few weeks ago, Ambassadors awarded the Taylor Compress for April's Business of the Month and the 2nd Main and Lofts for the revitalization of a down town building and the life that he has brought to the community for the November Business of the month.
Taylor Police Chief Henry Fluck gathered with Taylor Chamber Ambassadors Dec. 4 to recognize Sergeant Mike Culp as October’s Customer Service of the Month award winner. Culp (who requested not to be photographed) was honored for demonstrating what Fluck called the Taylor Police Department’s values of “Service and Compassion,” when he helped a 94-year-old Taylor resident by giving her beloved 100-pound dog a proper burial on his own private property.
