It is easy to keep giving, serving, and showing up for others—while slowly running on empty ourselves.
Together, we will explore the warning signs of spiritual depletion and discover a healthier, more life-giving rhythm modeled by Jesus—one that includes prayer, rest, stillness, community, and boundaries. This message is both a wake-up call and an invitation: you were never meant to live drained and depleted, but filled and overflowing.
If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched thin, or spiritually dry, this message is for you. Come and be reminded that God is not asking more from you—but offering more to you.
Blessings,
Kevin

Health Buddies is a free, 12-week phone-based program for adults 18+ who are experiencing isolation or managing chronic health conditions. Participants receive weekly calls from trained, background-checked volunteers who provide encouragement, companionship, and basic health education, helping reduce feelings of loneliness and support self-management of chronic issues.
