We love hearing about how our support teams provide the best service around! When our customers leave kudos on review sites, social media, and other platforms, it highlights the hard work you put in every day.

We recently streamlined the process you can use to request a review from a customer who is loving our service. Read on to find out more!
Request via Salesforce Email
When you're in an open case or interaction, select "Blank Email" from the Feed Tab. Please make sure the case is attached to an account. 
 
Look for an icon near the bottom that says "Insert, create, or update template" and click it.
Select Your Brand
From the dropdown menu, select the brand that you support and review the email that you will be sending.  
 
These reviews contain a link to Trustpilot, a third-party platform that hosts business reviews online. 
Send the Review Email
After selecting your brand template, click "Send" in the bottom right corner of the email.

Let the customer know that they will be receiving an email shortly with the review link and that we value their feedback!
Click the link for your brand to review the new process!
Important Note: With this new process, we are removing our kudos@bluehost.com and kudos@hostgator.com email addresses.

If a customer wishes to give kudos or feedback, please follow the steps listed above to submit a review request inside Salesforce.
