Homeschool STEM: Hexbug Maze
Tuesday, October 4th @ 1:30pm
|
Get to know other homeschoolers while creating mazes for hexbugs using a variety of materials.
This project is intended for ages 6-12. Younger children welcome with a supervising adult.
Older children are welcome to participate. If you have a teen who would like to meet other homeschooling teens, let us know and we will try to create a simultaneous program for teens or save them a room to hang out and play board games or video games.

First Friday Tech Chat: Identity Theft

ONLINE EVENT.
According to usa.gov: identity (ID) theft happens when someone steals your personal information to commit fraud. The thief could use your information to apply for credit, file taxes, or get medical services. These acts can damage your credit status, and cost you time and money to restore your good name.
We'll discuss the warning signs of ID theft and look at varous ways to protect yourself.
