New Granting Cycle Begins This Fall

Social Venture Partners Minnesota will be sending out a request for Letters of Interest on August 30, 2016. This is the first step for nonprofits to be considered as the next SVP grantee. We follow a venture philanthropy model, providing both grants and consulting services for the nonprofits we support. We carefully select small and mid-sized nonprofits having extraordinary impact on  low -income,  underserved teens, and with the potential to have much more. Contact info@svpmn.org to be added to our list.
Props!
  • SVP Partner Rebecca Duvick will be the new Chair of our Investment Committee - leading the way as we select and re-grant to our investees. Thank you Carla Pavone for your service in this role over the past years!
  • Congratulations to SVP Partner Eric Jackson who is now President of newly merged Lube-Tech & Partners, LLC!
  • SVP Partner Jim Anderson is chairing our Development Committee.
