Tips & Tricks
Movie night? Grab the popcorn!

You can still watch Netflix, YouTube videos and more while distant (so do not let your friends make excuses for why they watched y’alls favorite TV show without you!). Check out this link for instructions on the various ways you can have an online group movie night:

Lunch Date!

For many of us, socializing during the lunch hour is part of our law school experience, and there is no reason to stop! Consider creating a standing lunch meeting for your small group, club, friend groups, etc. during the lunch hour! It can be a great way for people to pop in, say hello, and connect no matter where we are. Creating a Zoom meeting is easy to do and easy to share with your friends. (Note: free pizza is unlikely to materialize in your virtual law school lobby.)

Campus Access
The college of law campus remains open! However, while on campus, healthy habits and social distancing is encouraged.
Are you stuck at your parents' house in Minnesota? Is your favorite con law textbook stuck in Tucson? Do you miss each other? You can be reunited! If you left something in your locker, email SBA President Karen Donderewicz at and she will be your match maker.
Fitness Challenge
Each week during the next 6 weeks, a weekly fitness challenge will be given out. Anyone who completes all 6 weeks will be entered to win a giftcard.
Submit anything to show you did it here:

Equipment Needed: Heavy Textbook

1/4 C whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
2 C all-purpose flour

tip: make sure all refrigerated ingredients come to room temp before you begin
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Line an 8x5 loaf pan with parchment paper; spray or oil the parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar together in a stand mixer until fluffy or in a bowl with a whisk
  4. First, mix the eggs into your sugar/butter mixture, then the vanilla and milk, then the mashed bananas.
  5. In a separate bowl - mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  6. Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
  7. Fold in nuts/chocolate (if applicable).
  8. Pour mix into prepared pan.
  9. Bake on the middle oven rack for 55-65 min (check every 5 min after 55 min until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean).
