Our purpose is to serve ISBNPA members as a ‘community’ with an interest in exchanging and advancing knowledge into the socioeconomic inequalities in nutrition, physical activity, and sedentary behaviors. This SIG provides a forum for researchers with shared interests and expertise in socioeconomic inequalities to exchange points of view, disseminate information, provide support, promote research, and encourage and organize activities such as symposia or workshops at the annual meeting.

We look forward to growing together with all of you and to co-work on more inclusive and equitable social contexts.

ISBNPA is pleased to present two formats for the upcoming conference: one in-person meeting in Uppsala, Sweden (June 14-17, 2023), and one virtual meeting in late September 2023.

The regular abstracts, symposia, and Dare2Share submission portal is open for the in-person conference. If you are thinking of submitting a symposium focused on socioeconomic inequalities or are looking for other members to collaborate on a symposium together, please reach out to us. The submission deadline is October 28, 2022 for symposia and December 7, 2022 for regular abstracts and Dare2Share submissions.
