Please Support Our Annual Fund
The Annual Fund Campaign is our primary opportunity for school families to participate in the continued success of our school by helping to bridge the gap left by state and local funding. This fund supports existing educational programs, new curriculum development, improves facilities, and supports essential needs of Socrates Academy.
Please keep in mind that campus is CLOSED on Fridays. If you need to pick something up (or drop off) from the Middle School foyer, please do so Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Parents of fully virtual students please sign your child up for a school photo time slot HERE
A large percentage of our families have reported that they will be traveling or hosting family for the Thanksgiving Holiday and Winter Break. In order to protect our Hybrid In-Person Community, our Board of Directors has voted to change the hybrid calendar*.

Returning from the Thanksgiving Holiday all students will be remote for one week. The week of December 7th will be our return to school week for all A Week students.
Following the Winter break, students will also remain remote for one week, returning to school on January 11, A Week.

The calendar on our website has been updated.

*Research shows that the average time symptoms appear is around 4 to 5 days

The Uniform Closet is currently sold out of heat press patches. More are on the way and in the meantime, parents have the following options:

  • Your scholar may wear a uniform policy compliant NON-PATCHED shirt to school until patches are back in stock. This is a short-term exception to our uniform policy until we are able to accommodate heat press patch orders once more.

  • You may purchase embroidered patches for your uniforms. These patches are $5 each and may be ordered online. Online orders will be fulfilled on Tuesdays and your patches will be available for pick up in our unstaffed 24 hour pick up bin in the Middle School entryway. Please be aware the Uniform Closet DOES NOT sew on embroidered patches. We sell you the patches: you can sew them on or take your items to the tailor/alterations shop of your choice.

  • You may continue to order heat press patches online and drop your order off in our unstaffed drop box. Your order will be fulfilled once we have heat press patches back in stock.

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you have any further questions, please let us know at Thanks for your understanding.
