As news was received about Socrates Academy school closing, I have been actively working on the best way forward. Payments can be credited and/or refunded as chosen by each family. There are two options listed below that are available at this time.
One, if you choose to have the money refunded, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and that action will be taken. Refunds will take a few days as I will have to create reports to gather all necessary information. The refunds will be directly from PayPal, and, according to them, it can take up to two weeks (it usually just takes a couple of days) for you to see the refund on your credit/debit card initially used.
Two, if you choose to let your funds roll over and receive a credit for use when we do return to school, no action is needed. Credits will show up automatically within the next two weeks.
All orders for the remainder of March (including today) and April will be cancelled and credits/refunds will be made accordingly. This will take a bit of time as it is a lot of data to filter through.
In the event we return to school in April, I will create a menu and open up ordering with as much notification as I receive from the Board of Directors and the administration.
Please stay healthy and safe. Also, I will respond to emails only at this time as it is the most efficient way to communicate and it keeps my personal phone open for my family. Your patience is appreciated as things may take a little longer than normal so that I can see to the health and safety of my family.
