Yes, we're still open and helping our guests enjoy wonderful vacations in Sodus Point. The past few months have certainly been filled with challenges and unprecedented times. However, we have continued to make adjustments to our operations so that if you're ready to get away, we have a place for you.

How Has Covid-19 Changed the Point?

This region is in "Phase II" re-opening and so things are starting to get back much more to normal. Here's the latest summary as we know it:

Non-essential businesses that attract large groups are still closed.
Restaurants are permitted to sell take-out food including alcohol and offer outdoor dining. The Bay Street even has a walk-up Martini Window.
Ice cream stands fall into the restaurant category so you can still get an ice cream cone in the Village.
Retail is open with social distancing restrictions.
Gas stations, grocery stores and pharmacies are open.
People are to wear masks or face coverings in public when social distancing is not possible.
Social gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people that do not live together.
Parks are open though playground equipment may be roped off and in-park capacity limits are reduced in certain cases.
The beach and pier are open.
The public boat ramp is open.
Fishing charters and boat rentals are open with restrictions.

We should stress that this changes sometimes daily as the Governor continues to relax his orders so you may want to check back again if you decide to come for a visit.

Bayside Getaway Summer Openings

2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with AC, Wi-Fi, outdoor fire pit and more. Accomodates up to 5 guests.

Summer openings include:

7/18/20 - 7/25/20: $925/wk
8/1/20 - 8/8/20: $885/wk
8/8/20 - 8/15/20: $885/wk
8/15/20 - 8/22/20: $885/wk
8/29/20 - 9/5/20 which can be shortened to 6 nights or extended to include Labor Day Weekend: ask for rates

Bay View at the Point Summer Openings

This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home includes Central Air, Wi-Fi, custom kitchen, outdoor fire pit and more. Accomodates up to 15 guests.

Summer openings include:

8/22/20 - 8/29/20: $1995/wk
8/29/20 - 9/5/20 which can be shortened to 6 nights or extended to include Labor Day Weekend: ask for rates

How Has Covid-19 Changed our Rental Operations?

We have implemented a number of changes to our procedures including enhanced disinfecting, use of gloves and masks by our team while inside the homes, stocking of additional anti-bacterial cleaning products within the homes for your own use & comfort, and much more. Rare opening for the Beach House for July 4th week 2021

If you've ever spent July 4th in Sodus Point then you know how special it can be with fireworks on the beach, the lantern launch and so much more.

We're making the Beach House available for July 4th Week 2021 as we've opted to take a later date due to family commitments. The Beach House always books very early and the only other time we offered it for that week, it rented 15 months ahead.

So, if you want to spend a special July 4th week with friends and family at this 6 bedroom, 3 bath home on the sand, we encourage you to reach out soon before it's gone.
