April showers bring forth May flowers, just as nurturing your managers’ skills yields better engagement, reduced turnover, better productivity and higher morale.
As we enter the spring season, we’ve been focusing on ‘soft skills,’ which we all know are not to be taken lightly. Interpersonal competencies have never been more important. The Crothers team has been working with clients on communicating more effectively, enhancing management skills, design thinking, working through organizational change, building trust and creating inclusive cultures through a targeted DEI training program. We’ve even added a course on happiness.
Several talented training experts have joined our team, enhancing the services we now offer to help our clients thrive. We’re grateful to have them here and hope you’ll get to know them better.
