Club Automation is Coming to The EDGE!

The EDGE is making the change to Club Automation Software on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021!

Club Automation is a leading health club industry management software known for its efficiency, ease of use, and state-of-the-art technology. As part of this software transition, The EDGE is excited to offer:

  • A Mobile App, coming in October
  • A user-friendly online portal to make reservations and manage your contact preferences.
  • SMS text messaging options for reservation reminders
  • A waitlist for member classes

What does this mean for my current online account?

Reservations will be able to be made in our current system through Monday, September 27th, 2021, at which point you will no longer have access to the current member portal.

When will I have access to my new online account?

Beginning Tuesday, September 28th, all reservations from September 28th until the new member portal is active, should be made over the phone or in person. A link for our new member portal will be released along with instructions for setting up a new online account the week of October 4th. Keep an eye in your email for this information.

Will any booking rules change?

New software means an update to more efficient booking rules!

  • All Group Fitness classes will be available to be booked 72 hours prior to the beginning of class
  • Classes will have waitlists! If you are added to the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via text or email.
  • There will be no changes made to where reservations are required, as well as no changes to capacity restrictions at this time.

What can I do on the Mobile App?

Once the mobile app is released, members will be able to use the mobile app to make tennis, pickleball, squash/racquetball, and pool lane reservations, book classes, make updates to their account, and more.

Does this change my membership billing?

All members who are on a SimplePay (EFT) membership that is billed monthly will see charges on the first of each month. Your rate will remain the same as previous months however the name appearing on your statement may vary. You will see it listed as The EDGE.
