SolEx adds Microsoft Teams to expand its Unified Communications Portfolio
New York NY, August 7, 2024. Building on its tradition of providing customers with best-in-class choices to meet the needs of today and the trends of tomorrow, New York based Solutions Express (SolEx) announced the addition of Microsoft Teams to its Unified Communications portfolio.
Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based collaboration platform that offers screen sharing, business messaging, voice calling, video meetings and file sharing. Businesses of all sizes can use Teams, which can be accessed via desktop, any internet-connected device and the Teams mobile app.
Integrating with other Microsoft business applications, including Outlook, Exchange, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Microsoft Teams lets users seamlessly invite people outside their organizations to join internal channels for messaging, meetings and file sharing or participate in webinars to a maximum of 10,000 people. Additionally, recently introduced artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools, enable users to generate meeting notes summaries, key discussion points and follow-up action items automatically.
