To our Solar-Breeze NX2 Family,

Like many other businesses, Pivot – Solar Breeze has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Folks are spending more time around their swimming pool due to isolation, and so our rate of customer inquiries have doubled. At the same time, our staffing levels are lower than last season due to required self-isolations, so our response time to customer inquiries and turn-around on service work is delayed. Our team is doing the best we can.

We are disappointed that this perfect storm of unanticipated increased demand combined with a public health emergency has limited our ability to maintain a totally positive customer experience for those who know and love the solar-powered pool skimming robot.

Our staff is headquartered in Tempe, Ariz., a part of the nation where COVID-19 occurrences continue to increase at an alarming rate. With staff and customer safety as our top priority, anyone on our team who shows symptoms of any illness is asked to quarantine at home, and 75 percent of our staff are working from home on a regular basis.

We will continue to do to the best we can on all fronts, which includes being transparent with customers and hoping for their patience and loyalty.”

Since 2014, the Solar-Breeze NX2 team has been heralded for its customer service. In 2019 alone, more than 500 positive reviews across various platforms, evidence that customers not only love a swim-ready and healthy pool, but they also value the swift and charismatic team that they correspond with. Our pool robot has truly become a trusted partner in the pool cleaning industry.
