Once again, Time has flown past me and I am yet to catch up! I realized that my last newsletter came out in August. I once said that you don't have to worry about me clogging up your email inbox!
Here is what is happening!
As we continue through this season of gratitude and thoughtfulness, I want to let you all know how grateful I am for your continued support of Solfege and of the energy healing and massage practice that I offer. Each of you are dear to me and I take our connection and your wellness very seriously and with the utmost reverence. I have been practicing holistic nursing for 45 years now! This is my 20th year of offering massage and whole health services. I am honored to have been a part of so much healing, wellness and growth. A few of you have been a part of my massage practice for nearly 20 years and I am humbled by your trust and confidence in my guidance. I appreciate each and everyone of you, new and devoted clients. I continue to be inspired by your stories, your willingness to share. your courage and tenacity as you care for yourselves and improve your overall health. I look forward to learning even more about you and offering guidance of all ages through the journey of life. In addition to massage and energy practices, I offer holistic nurse inspired lifestyle coaching and look forward to helping you in whichever trimester of life you find yourself!
Some of you have asked about membership programs similar to what the massage chains offer. I am now offering discount packages that I hope you will find helpful. I am surely an advocate for a regular routine of self care These sessions will continue to be a combination of massage, wellness guidance, energy work and life coaching, depending on your needs. In the spirit of growth, Solfege has added a second location for services in Berwick, Maine. Sign-1-1 has installed a sign so you can easily find me. The logo is painted on a rock at the base of the driveway. At our beautiful home, you will find a serene treatment room, picturesque setting and warm greetings by Sakari, Maureen and Rita. The music jams and sound healings have been on hold for a few months. The Regatta Rooms had been busy and finding a time became difficult. With time at a premium for everyone, including Ralph and I, we took a break to catch up with ourselves. Our wood is stacked, the fallen trees are cleared, the compost pile has been consolidated, the back deck is painted and we are settling in. We are ready to start anew and will be holding a sound healing session on THURSDAY DECEMBER 12 at 6:30 pm. We request that you please sign up so we know you are coming.
