The Ohio Employee Ownership (OEOC) at Kent State University is offering business owners a 50% discount on registrations to their 39th Annual Ohio Employee Ownership Conference. The conference will feature an entire track of sessions for business owners interested in exploring if employee ownership is a good business succession strategy for their company.
Sessions include:
· Laying the Groundwork for an Employee Ownership Transition
· Assessing the feasibility of an ESOP
· ESOP Alternatives: Selling to a Worker Cooperatives or Employee-Owned Trusts
The event attracts roughly 400 attendees who are leaders at employee-owned companies, professional service providers, and support organizations.
