Solstar Space Company is celebrating one year since the first commercial Tweet was sent from above the Kármán line. The Solstar Schmitt Space Communicator on board Blue Origin's New Shepard, was launched from West Texas on April 29th, 2018.

Solstar CEO M. Brian Barnett says "It has been an incredible year for us! We have proven that the Schmitt Space Communicator can work in space and provide the necessary connections for payloads and future astronauts on board commercial space flights. We have received over $350,000 in investments since our last successful test with Blue Origin in July, and continue to work with NASA to provide our services to partner companies."
