A Message from the Westcore Team:

Impacts from COVID-19 have been profound, and reopening the economy is proving to be a work in progress. We sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are well and safe.
Our firm is fortunate to have started 2020 with a clean balance sheet and a well-established foothold in one of commercial real estate’s healthiest sectors. Our capital partners share our long-term confidence in the continued demand for industrial real estate. Though we are patient and discerning when considering deals, we are actively deploying capital at this time.
Our team is working from home to help flatten the curve, and our professionals in the field take all necessary precautions when having to inspect buildings or respond to our tenants. We are available to you as much as ever, and we look forward to continuing and growing our relationships.
