Reflections on Eight Years at the Helm of the State University from President Barchi 

In a few days, on June 30, I will complete my tenure as President of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The transition has, in fact, already begun, as my wife Francis and I have packed our belongings and moved them from the President’s House on the Busch campus back to our home in Philadelphia to make room for my gifted successor, Dr. Jonathan Holloway, who will lead us as the 21st president of our great university.
