DISCOVERY LAND COMPANY'S NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT



Major residential development project, "Atlantic Fields", moves forward on the existing Hobe Sound Polo Club in rural Martin County. This $1.6 Billion Dollar project is expected to be the first to take advantage of this new land use. Atlantic Fields, previously zoned as horticulture, is an approximately 1,530-acre site located on the north side of SE Bridge Road and 1 mile east of the I-95 interchange.

Apogee Club is a new golf club that will have three 18-hole golf courses, practice range & facilities, two short courses, golf maintenance facilities, and two clubhouses. The +1,219-acre site is located two miles west of I-95 and north of Bridge Road (County Road 708) in Hobe Sound.
