Linda M. Goodwin passed away on August 18, 2021, one week shy of her 72nd birthday, from complications following a stroke. She lived in Hull with George Goodwin, her beloved husband of 51 years. They have been members of First Parish of Norwell for almost two decades. Linda served the church in many capacities over the years and was a faithful and cherished member of the knitters' group. Her passing leaves a terrible hole in our hearts and in our community.
In addition to George, Linda leaves behind her daughter, Sarah Ober, of Shirley, MA; her son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Sarah Goodwin, also of Shirley; her three grandchildren, Cecilia and Liam Goodwin and Simon Ober; her brothers, Thomas, Peter, and Rory Moore; her sisters, Robin Hunt, Maggie Cirillo, and Tara Moore; and many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
