Dear Friends and Clients,
We had some friendly visitors at Camp Lang this spring. You know it's spring in Montana when you see bears. Another way we know it's spring is when the new listings start pouring in...and they are! If you are looking for land to build your dream home, lakeview property, river frontage, a vacation condo or a family compound, I can help!
We'll meet your goals and expectations based on current market conditions. Remember, not every buyer is looking for a mortgage and many buyers are looking for a safe and stable place to put their money. This is a time for bold thinking. I am known for walking all the way with my clients, giving them the benefit of my knowledge and experience and I never let them slip. Times may have changed in real estate, but my experience and knowledge will guide you in the right direction. I will help you meet your needs and we'll have some fun, too! We can and will do it--together. Call me, we'll make it happen.
I welcome spring and the return of our clients, residents and visitors. See you soon!
Denise

Testimonial
When the time came to sell our home in Bigfork, Denise Lang was the perfect choice. Her years of experience were a great benefit to us: she guided us in preparing the home to show, connected us with resources for construction repairs and watched over the projects, all the way to close, as this was not our primary residence. We cannot say enough about Denise's professionalism, integrity, communication and skill in selling our home. We are so pleased to have worked with her representing us and would highly recommend you run…don’t walk! to her if selling or buying in the Bigfork, Flathead area! She was truly the best agent we have EVER worked with!! Plus a great sense of humor! And thank you again for ALL you did for our family! So great beyond words. --Susan and George

Health Advice from CERI...The solar eclipse didn't bother me at all!
|
Many animals may have been affected by the past solar eclipse, but not me except I really wanted the cool glasses so I could have seen it.
Pet owners may have noticed brief periods of fear and confusions," said Dr. Katie Krebs, a veterinarian and professor at University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine. Pets may hide, howl, pace or pant during the eclipse, Krebs said. Many times they are sensitive to the behaviors of the adults and excited talk on the TV, also the walking in and out with weird glasses on.
Keep pets safe during these periods of confusion. For more information, click here

DENISE'S READING CORNER - Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver
|
Demon Copperhead is a ten-year-old boy living in a single wide trailer with his young mother in the back Holler of the Appalachian Mountains in Virginia.
This is Demon’s story that he tells starting from the day he was born to a teenage mother too young to know anything about parenting and too focused on getting her next fix of alcohol, drugs and bad men. Demon chronicles his life of poverty, foster care, crime, filth, abuse and loneliness. Demon’s voice is raw and gritty and filled with slang and backwoods grammar. It’s an authentic showing of how the opioid drugs moved into this region and destroyed the lives of family members and friends, actually the whole community.
Demon’s journey through foster care, child labor, derelict schools, athletic success and then addiction following an accident, along with the endless cycle of poverty and abuse is depressing but a reality many children face. I appreciate getting this harrowing glance a life that is unfortunately more common than we realize, engulfs the reader in a suspenseful thriller! It's a riveting, page-turning tale.
