I had the joy and honor of spending yesterday with my oldest son, Bubba.
I enjoyed watching him cut my grass and then shoveling chicken manure in spite of his many gags!!! I wish I had videoed the spectacle.
Having finished gagging I took him to lunch and as we began to discuss/GOSSIP about our near and dear family members.
SUDDENLY I sensed the conviction only experienced by one of GOD'S children.

I sensed God CHASTENING/TRAINING/INSTRUCTING me to cease talking NEGATIVE about my loved ones-especially my near and dear family-and ANYONE else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rather than tearing others down but building them up!!
ALL words have impact! Let me repeat that-ALL WORDS HAVE IMPACT!!!

I remember this past holiday weekend I just experienced.
I do not have any help with Amanda on weekends and holidays and that makes my life harder. I struggle with DEPRESSION on these trying dates also as I am unable to travel or celebrate and/or relax.
In the midst of this past holiday/weekend a dear brother from another state called me with a “GOOD WORD!”
A word of encouragement and blessing from something I had posted on FB.
Believe me, I NEEDED encouragement-WE ALL NEED ENCOURAGEMENT!!!!
His words to me were “A WORD SPOKEN IN DUE SEASON!!!”

23 A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!
Today, LISTEN for Holy Spirit's gentle nudging to validate/encourage/BLESS another-ESPECIALLY those of your immediate family.
YOU may be the very one God uses to heal their broken hearts and spirit.
Look for ways to speak POSITIVES over their lives and IN THEIR EARS!!!!
