Dr. Diane K. Corcoran

Expertise in Validating, Educating, Supporting Near-Death Experiencers
January 31 - February 2, 2020

“I came to believe that many soldiers were having near-death experiences as bombs exploded and gunfire nearly took their lives. But many were uncomfortable sharing what happened, and felt they had no one to talk to. I knew they needed an outlet – someone to share their life-transforming experience with – who wouldn’t be dismissive or think they were crazy.”
~ Dr. Diane Corcoran, Past President, President Emerita
IANDS Intl Assoc for Near Death Studies
NDES Are
Real
Experiences
A Near-Death Experience (NDE) is a profound psychological event that may occur to a person close to death or, if not near death, in a situation of physical or emotional crisis. Because it includes transcendental and mystical elements, an NDE is a powerful event of consciousness; it is not mental illness. A person who has had a Near-Death Experience (an NDEr) often has mixed feelings. A person may express anger, grief or relief. Some will remember their NDE immediately, while others may have aftereffects but not recall the experience. Some reactions are fear that the NDE signifies a mental disorder, disorientation because reality has shifted, euphoria, feeling special or “chosen”, withdrawal to ponder the experience. In “Nearing Death Awareness”, dying people may become aware of, for example, the presence of deceased loved ones who are there to reassure them.
If you had an NDE, you are not alone and have NOT lost your mind. When NDErs own their experience and have somebody who really knows about it, understands, and gives them the information they need, then those men and women combat veterans can begin to heal.

Near-Death Experiences for DOCTORS
– Sun. Feb 2,

NDEs do not only occur to adults, they can happen at any point in your life. Recognizing the experience and healing from it is a journey best taken with help from a trained physcian whether therapist or medical doctor. During this talk and video Dr. Corcoran will show a video of what doctors need to know about NDEs as well what we should know about NDEs in general. There will also be time for the audience to share their own NDE without fear of judgment. When NDErs own their experience and have somebody who really knows about it, understands, and gives them the information they need, then those men and women combat veterans can begin to heal. $39 in advance, $49 at the door.

Awaken Your Intuition
Thursday, January 30,
2:30pm
Intuitive abilities are the higher subtle senses that are beyond our rational mind; of knowing, hearing, seeing, sensing, they allow us to perceive information on a more subtle level, to know what to get and what to avoid in our life. They are within every one of us as a spiritual being in human form. They come with us as part of our higher mind, to help guide us on our soul’s journey in life, to help us make better decisions, and to be aligned to our life’s path, and connect to the universal consciousness.
Here we will delve into what it means to be psychic or intuitive, and learn how the process works. We will engage in connection techniques, energy maintenance, and discover different ways that information can be received. Interpreting information will also be covered, and different reading styles. Romancing the Crone - Talk, Laugh, Learn, Expand
Thursday, January 30,
4pm
Crone is rooted in the word corona…crown. We crones wear the crown of the “wise woman”.
“Women may be the one group that grows more radical with age.”
One day an army of gray-haired women may quietly take over the Earth!” ― Gloria Steinem
We are born the Maiden, in love with life, we become the Mother in love with her family or career or both. Through it all, we are always Romancing the Crone and falling in love with ourselves.
Crone… not just Snow White’s stepmother any more.
Let’s get together and celebrate that love. Let’s talk….let’s laugh…let’s learn and expand. We’ll talk Angels. We’ll talk life (and past life), spirituality, experiences, hopes and dreams, we’ll talk about your interests…and what draws life force through us. We’ll talk about those things we wanted to be before life took us in other directions and how we can integrate any or all into our life today. This will be an interactive evolving group. Every week will have a focus or a project. Each session will begin with a meditation relating to the day’s discussion. Some sessions will have guest leaders from The Spirit University family. With

Meditation Mastery Level 2
Saturday, February 1,
1-4pm
The Meditation Mastery Level 2 workshop is meant to be for the more advanced meditation practitioner. Preferably one who have taken the Level 1 workshop previously. This workshop with aimed towards developing your intuition and “clair” abilities to get more clearer messages from your inner reservoir of knowledge and wisdom that is timeless and omnipresent. With Annindita Palausis. It will help you with:
1) Developing Intuition – If there is one thing common among people to whom success comes naturally is an uncanny sense of guidance or a knowings from within with regard to everything that matters to them. The good news is, contrary to what some might believe, intuition is not only something that you are born with but something that you can learn, practice, and develop in yourself even if you have never been intuitive before.
2) Creating A Positive Inner Voice – With this exercise, you will be guided through a powerful NLP based meditation that will help you to get rid of the negative voices in your head that inculcate fear, worry, doubt, and unnecessary self-criticism. To be successful, you need to think as successful people think. This means there can be no place for self-doubt, procrastination, and self-sabotage.
3) Problem Solving
Meditation is a tried and tested method for solving a problem that needs out of the box thinking, creativity, and imagination. A step-by-step process for problem-solving using special “Quantum Solutions Meditation” to enable you to access information from your subconscious mind and bring it to the conscious mind.
4) Remote Viewing – In this exercise the participants will do a fun little partnership exercise to further hone into their dormant intuitive abilities for remote viewing.
