Sous Vide?
What's that you ask? It's an exciting way to cook that is becoming quite popular in the home! Sous Vide (pronounced so͞o ˈvēd) is a method of gently cooking fish, steak, and more in a plastic pouch, to the exact desired temperature in a warm water bath. This process allows the meat to cook evenly, while retaining moisture on the inside.
So, now are you wanting to know how you can do this at home? Well, listen up!

Is black the new gray?
Let's be real, black has never gone out of style, but it is appearing more often in the kitchen and bathroom. Adding sharp contrast with a touch of elegance, this color can be combined with white, warm wood tones, and gold accents (as we know has also been trending) to create a gorgeous space.
Darker painted colors in general are quickly gaining in popularity (especially blues and greens), along with warm wood tones. Although white kitchens will never go out of stye, people are starting to show interest in adding more color in their spaces. What do you think?!? Below are a few colorful kitchens we found online!

The first display is geared towards clients with eight foot ceilings while also showing a 30" wide hood. This is great for those with more compact spaces and for clients who would like to replace an over the stove microwave with a custom hood. Sometimes it is hard to envision these ideas when they are not on display, but now our clients can see exactly what it will look like and that their options are not limited!
Finishing details include a modern stain and glaze that is simply stunning, a routed Corian backsplash (this is an option for those who would like to avoid using grout) with a Ceasarstone quartz countertop, Wolf cooktop appliance, and gun metal hardware.

Next on the list of new displays is this amazing island below! A large workspace with eat-in area, farmhouse sink, panel ready dishwasher, and ample storage are all wonderful features of this island. Stained in a rustic walnut finish and complemented by a soapstone inspired quartz countertop, this island creates the perfect rustic look for your space.
