Somewhere on the Map

Dear Ricardo and Beth,

Once again, we find ourselves some where on the map. Same map. Different locations. We wanted to take this opportunity to greet you...wherever on the map you happen to be...because you are such an important part of our lives and ministry!

Ricardo is in Buenos Aires, Argentina today. He had a great meeting with Mission District Leader and Missionary, Rodrigo Rosado, yesterday (but he forgot to take a picture). Tomorrow he will fly to Mendoza (near the border with Chile) where they expect 50 leaders to gather for Argentina's Annual Meeting. We would appreciate your prayers for an extraordinary meeting!

Next week we will send you a full report on that meeting...so be watching your inbox.

Today, he is taking advantage of the opportunity this trip provides to visit with his niece, Katerine, who lives there and enjoy the beauty of the city (both above and below ground evidently as the first picture was taken by the subway map).

I (Beth) am in Kentucky, enjoying the Spring weather and time with the kids (both are preparing for final exams next week).

This was the first time Ricardo and I have been in KY for Easter in over a decade. Our worship service was great and time spent with part of my extended family was a real bonus. (I forgot to take many pictures but here is one of my kids and some of their cousins enjoying lunch outside.)

As we think of you today we echo Paul's sentiments in Philippians 1:3-5.

"I thank my God every time I remember you.In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now."

Indeed some of you have been partnering with us for all 18 years of this ministry! Thank you!

We will be back in touch next week, from the same map and same spot, if it is God's plan.

Blessings,

Ricardo & Beth
