To add some information and perspective to our decision to make some changes to the first tower, I wanted to explain some things so that you can understand exactly what the developers are thinking. In the past five weeks, we have spoken to a great number of clients. We listen to our clients and take your comments and suggestions seriously.

One recurring comment was that there is a large segment of the market who are interested in a product offered at a lower price than the very spacious one, two, three, and four bedroom condos at the resort. For that reason, we have come up with the studio condo option. This allows people to buy a beachfront condo and enjoy all of the fantastic amenities of the resort for a much lower price. The number of Studio condos is LIMITED, so don’t lose the opportunity to invest and become a part of the Sonoran Star family.

Additionally, the developers decided to reduce the height of the building by 4 floors in order to reduce how busy the Resort will look and to retain the more relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. And, also important, the change will reduce the construction time. This will allow delivery of the completed condos to happen more quickly, with an estimated delivery time of tower one being between 18 and 21 months, compared to the original 24 month expectation. The project was designed in such a way that changes such as these can be made without interrupting the build process. Please see the new condo grid below. As of today, these are our relevant improvements. We will keep you updated on the progress of the resort and of any another improvements as we move forward with this exciting new resort.

One final subject that I would like to touch on is Sonoran Resorts resales. In no way does having a new resort take away our commitment to our resale clients. In truth, it is quite the opposite. We are seeing that instead of the new resort being competition with resales, it actually complements them and adds new potential resale buyers that likely would not have otherwise even thought of coming to town or looking into buying a Sonoran Resorts condo.
