Mixer's are scheduled on the third Tuesday of every month, and typically start at 5:30 and run until 7:00. If you have a different schedule in mind, contact us and let us know!

Hosting your Successful Mixer
We suggest that you:
- Invite business associates, top customers, and employees to the event.
- Offer your choice of food and beverage refreshments. This can be as simple or as elaborate as your budget will allow.
- Offer an incentive (discount on services, two for one, etc.) for those who attend to encourage them to come back and buy your product or service.
- Gather at least three gift items that can be raffled off. These can be any items of varying value. Talk to your Chamber for ideas.
- Please have a table available for the Chamber to use for check-in.
The Chamber will promote the event on our website, through social media, and in our newsletter. We will also extend invitations to the District of Sooke, Chamber Board members, and all other connections we have at our fingertips.
Once the event has started, the Chamber will publicly introduce you; you will then be invited to make any introductions and announcements about your business.
To reserve your date, please contact our office at (250) 642-6112 or email
