Hi Friends,
It’s been a while since I last wrote to you, and so much has unfolded. A quote that has always stayed with me comes from Jerry Garcia:
“It’s been a really strange trip”
Those of you who know me know that I have always had a deep curiosity and an insatiable desire to understand the universe. When I was a young teenager, I remember hearing a quote from Albert Einstein that inspired me profoundly:
“I want to know God's thoughts; the rest are details.”
In many ways, that simple wish has shaped the colorful and sometimes unusual path my life has taken. Over the years I’ve explored many aspects of the unseen world — some inspiring, some mysterious, and a few that might even be described as places “where angels fear to tread.”
Through all of these experiences I’ve learned something very important: there are practical ways to navigate life more skillfully. There are insights, tools, and perspectives that can help us live with more awareness, protection, and clarity.
The universe is far richer and more multidimensional than most of us were ever taught. Intuition, energy, synchronicity, spiritual guidance, and the power of thought and emotion all play a role in shaping the reality we experience.
There is so much to this YOUniverse!

Over the years I’ve also learned that what we think and feel matters — not only for our own lives, but for the collective world we are helping to create. We are all connected, and the deepest source of power and guidance ultimately lies within.
Since the early 1990s, when I began studying energy healing with two internationally recognized teachers and working toward a Ph.D. in hypnosis, I have felt devoted to a path of healing, learning, and service.
Something in me feels especially called right now to share what I’ve learned and to help create supportive spaces for others who are walking their own spiritual path.
Since 2004, the mission of Soul Centered has been simple:
“At Soul Centered, we believe that everyone is intuitive and can access healing energy. We are committed to providing the highest quality tools, information, and services to help you activate your own gifts.”
Many of you may remember Soul Centered as the brick-and-mortar store in Ojai, California from 2004–2016 — a place where people gathered, explored ideas, and discovered new tools for their journey.
Today we are bringing that spirit into a new chapter.

I’m happy to share that my longtime friend Jeff Foster — whom many of you may remember from years past — has now joined me in bringing Soul Centered into its next evolution.
Jeff and I first met in 2006, and over the past few years he has been going through a deep personal awakening of his own. He will be sharing reflections from that journey in a new blog series on the site called Finding Neo.

Together we are working to bring Soul Centered into the digital age — not just as an online store, but as a place for ideas, exploration, and community.
We are also expanding our online store and adding more stones, crystals, and special pieces from rare and older collections we’ve accumulated over the years. You’ll continue to see new items and occasional promotions as we uncover more treasures to share.
Most importantly, we are beginning to build community again.
One of the things many of us need right now is a place to connect with thoughtful, kind-hearted people who are asking the deeper questions about life and consciousness.
To begin that process, we’ve created two private community spaces where conversations and ideas can be shared - one off and one on social media.
