Seva for Self-Care: One great way to support your health is to practice Seva on a daily basis. Remember that the Digital Media Catalogue is on our website soullightening.org and includes an audio recording of the Seva Stress Release for Self-Care. The Seva Stress Release is a simple 15-point acupressure formula which opens the way for balance in the body, mind, emotions and spirit. This guided meditation describes how to hold each of the points for self-care, and includes meaningful affirmations for each point. Length: 24 minutes. Price: $5.00
Study Groups: Another great way to stay connected is to join a Soul Lightening Study Group. With so many online options now for meeting, this is an ideal time to connect with one another to do meditations, chakra tai chi, group self-care sessions, etc. Consider getting one started where you are!!

Distance Work: In these unusual times some of our practitioners are meeting with clients via phone or video to share Soul Lightening Acupressure from a distance.
